Booking Policy

Please Read Before Booking!

 

 When booking an appointment, clients please make sure you're booking the right install. Each service is being timed so if a client book an appointment that is less then the time frame booked, I will have to do the install or time frame that client booked for. 

 

Also, please be on time for scheduled appointment! All appointments are allowed a 10 minute grace period. When clients are 15 mins. late for appointment, that scheduled appointment will be canceled!

Any squeeze in or early-bird appointments will be charged a fee of $50 extra along with their current balance!

 

Deposits are nonrefundable!

 

All appointments must be canceled 24 hours of scheduled appointment. Failure to do so will cause client to pay 30% of service which will be paid before booking a new service. No Call No Show will be banned from future booking! If a client would like to reschedule, please give a 24 hour notice before trying to reschedule appointment!  Again, deposits are nonrefundable when booking appointments so please try to keep assigned date and time. Deposits must be paid upon booking appointment with Debit/Credit Card or PayPal! Please reframe from using cash, Sezzle, Klarna, & Affirm payment methods for deposits (ONLY)!

 

Please wear mask to appointment!

Clients without mask will be instructed to return to vehicle to put a mask on before service! 

If you have Covid, please be respectfully of others and do not come to scheduled appointment!

Service Policy

Clients can purchase hair from my collection (hair is on hand) or from wherever they desire. Only items needed doing service is the hair if purchased from another vendor. Please bring frontals and wigs for customization 2 days before and closures for frontal illusion appointments 1 day before scheduled service. Failure of not bringing items has needed will cause service to be canceled! If client has previously installed closure, frontal, or wig, they will not have to bring it prior to service date.

Touch Up Appointments:

For touch up appointments, clients are instructed not to pull up frontal/closure or will be subject to pay an extra fee/new install price!

***DO NOT DO TOUCH UPS IF THE STYLE WAS NOT INSTALLED BY ME!!***

If client would like a shampoo, crimps, wand curls, or updos, please add service for these styles by booking another appointment or go to FAQ page to see how to add the service.

Payment Methods:

When coming to appointments, payment methods are Cash, Paypal, Zelle, and Venmo ONLY! No longer accept CashApp. All forms of payments listed on site can be used when placing an order ONLY! Thanks in Advance!
